Terms of Service
Last updated: September 21, 2026
1. Acceptance
By using EXP, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account
EXP uses Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to the Google account you use to access EXP and for activity performed through your authenticated session.
3. Your data
You retain responsibility for the accuracy and lawful use of the financial and note information you enter. EXP is a record-keeping tool and is not financial, accounting, tax or investment advice.
4. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass authentication, access another user's records, interfere with the service, exploit vulnerabilities, or use EXP for unlawful activity.
5. Availability and backups
EXP is provided on an availability-as-supported basis. Although server-side storage is used, you should export important records periodically. No online service should be treated as the sole archival copy of critical records.
6. Changes and termination
Features may change as EXP develops. Access may be suspended where necessary for security, abuse prevention or maintenance. You may sign out or request account deletion through the available account controls.
7. Intellectual property
The EXP software, branding and original interface are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Your own expense and note content remains your responsibility.
8. Disclaimer
EXP is a personal productivity application. It does not guarantee financial accuracy, tax compliance, uninterrupted availability or preservation of data without user backups.
9. Changes to these Terms
Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
