EXP uses authentication cookies to keep a signed-in website or PWA session active. These cookies are necessary for the application to function.

2. Web and PWA sessions

The normal website and installed PWA use separate session paths. The PWA may retain a longer-lived session so you do not need to authenticate on every launch.

3. Browser storage

EXP may use browser storage for application state or future offline functionality. Permanent account records are stored on the EXP server database.

4. Analytics and advertising

The current architecture does not require advertising cookies. If analytics or other optional tracking is added later, this page should be updated before those technologies are enabled.
